I strive to capture high detail images that are unique and tell a story. The camera serves to capture the moment. The birds in the images choose to make our region their home or destination of choice. In this sense, our environment has appeal to them, and satisfies needs. We should be both proud and respectful of this.
Sharing my images via social media has always been a source of encouragement that makes me want to continue to direct time and effort to become a better photographer. This will continue in the form of regular postings to social media and now include offering of several free desktop backgrounds.

Birds require sources of food and shelter. Often the needs of people conflict with the needs of wildlife as our own needs are satisfied. We should not be complacent about environmental impact. There are many aspects that have impact. Some are more controversial than others. Habitat preservation and creation in the form of wetlands and forests is a topic I want to advocate because it is something that we can apply in our region.

To date, I have not offered images for sale. With this website, I will begin offering images for sale. This is very much a development that I want to be successful. Value exchange is a form of validation, and a means to grow and sustain what started as a hobby.
Since my target market is our local region, I want to offer image products that not only appeal to our sense of place - but also offer them in both conventional and unconventional ways covering a wide range of prices.
